How it works

From a Website Address to a Plan, in Four Steps

The audit runs entirely on what is already public about your practice. There is nothing to install, no account access to hand over, and no obligation at the end of it.

What you need

  • Your practice websiteThe address a patient would type or click.
  • The city you are inSo the local comparison looks at the right area.
  • An email addressOnly to send the report. It is not passed to anyone else.
The process

What happens, in order.

  1. 01

    Enter your website and city

You give us the practice website and the city you are in. Nothing else. We only look at what a prospective patient can already see when they search for a dentist nearby, so there is no login to hand over and nothing to install.

    • No access to your Google Business Profile
    • No access to your website or hosting
    • Nothing installed on your site
    • A first preview appears within seconds

  2. 02

We review how patients find you

We crawl the site and read it the way a search engine does, run the technical checks, pull Google's own PageSpeed results for mobile and desktop, and follow the path a patient takes from landing on a page to getting in touch.

    • Your pages — titles, headings, content, links and images
    • Technical checks: indexability, redirects, structured data, security
    • Google PageSpeed Insights on mobile and desktop
    • How quickly a visitor reaches your phone number or a booking

  3. 03

    Get your Practice Growth Review

The full report is usually ready in about two minutes and is sent to your email, so you can read it when it suits you and come back to it later. It is written to be read by the person who runs the practice, not by a developer.

    • Scores for local visibility, reviews, website experience and booking
    • Findings that say what each issue means for patient enquiries
    • A prioritised view of what to address first
    • Yours to keep and act on, with or without us

  4. 04

    Review the findings together

If you want a second pair of eyes, book a short call or an in-person visit and we will go through the report with you — what it found, what we would do first, and what we would leave alone. If you would rather take it away and act on it yourself, that is a perfectly good outcome.

    • A 15-minute call, or a visit if you are nearby
    • We explain the findings, not a package
    • You decide what, if anything, happens next

What we focus on

Four things that decide whether a patient finds you and books.

Local Visibility

Help practices improve how they appear across search and local discovery, where most patients start looking.

Before you start

What this will not tell you.

The audit measures what is publicly visible about your practice today. It does not predict rankings, enquiry counts or revenue, and we will not put a number on any of those — search results depend on factors no agency controls.

What it does give you is a clear picture of where your practice stands right now, what is realistic to improve, and which fixes are most likely to affect enquiries first. Everything in the report is tied to something we measured, so you can check it yourself.
